The Brief: Campmax Karjat aimed to powerfully capture the vibrant energy and unique performances of the Chicken Masala Band and Akshatha Acharya at their live event. The objective was to create dynamic photo and video content that not only highlighted the artists' captivating acts but also perfectly conveyed the signature atmosphere and unforgettable experience of Campmax's gatherings, for both promotional use and lasting memories.

Project Phases:

• Pre-Event Briefing (Early January): A concise alignment with the Campmax team was conducted to understand the event's flow, identify key moments, and define the desired aesthetic for capturing both the performers and the audience's energy.

• Event Capture (January - 1 Day): On-site production took place over a single, high-energy day. Utilizing my professional camera setup, including the Sony A7 III, I meticulously covered the live performances of Chicken Masala Band and Akshatha Acharya, audience interactions, and the overall vibrant ambiance of Campmax Karjat from diverse angles.

• Post-Production (January - 1 Week): This phase involved efficient video editing to compile the most impactful performance highlights and general event vibe into a cohesive montage. Concurrently, I carefully selected and edited key photographs, ensuring all visuals were vibrant, sharp, and optimized for digital platforms.

• Final Delivery (Late January): The completed video montage and a curated gallery of high-resolution photographs were delivered to Campmax Karjat, perfectly timed for immediate social media promotion and integration into their future marketing campaigns.
